By accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the site. The terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the site after updates means you accept those changes. Myroomie.ca is an online platform for individuals with developmental disabilities, registered with Developmental Services Ontario, to connect for shared-living arrangements. The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, live in Ontario, and are registered with Developmental Services Ontario.
Intellectual Property Rights: The Site and all its content (e.g., source code, software, designs, text, images, etc.) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use the Site. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Site’s content requires prior written permission from us.
User Representations: By using the Site, you confirm that all registration information is accurate, up-to-date, and that you comply with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, and you agree not to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
User Registration: You may need to register for the Site and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. We may remove or change inappropriate usernames at our discretion.
